Materials Needed
Note: I was able to find all the materials I needed at Michael's.
Prep
Begin by plugging up your glue gun so it heats up while you prep. Make sure you place your glue gun on a covered safe area, like a table or other flat surface.
Decide where you want to place moss, flowers, and succulents on your grapevine wreath. I decided to place mine only on the bottom left side of the wreath, but you can be creative with your placement.
Assembly
Use scissors or wire cutters to cut the ends of the stems of the silk flowers and plastic succulents so they can fit between the vines on the wreath. Then glue each flower stem and succulent stem in place.
Next, start gluing pieces of moss around flowers and up the wreath. Some moss can also be pushed in between stems for a fuller look.
Set the wreath aside when done to begin assembling the bow. First, measure out burlap ribbon for the three sections of the bow, as labeled below. 26 inches was the perfect length for the long piece of the bow, labeled #2. The smaller piece (labeled #3) is used to wrap around the center of the bow (#1). Just gauge the length of the other pieces based on how large you want your bow.
For the perfect bow, I found it's easier to glue your bow in place. First fold the left side over, then the right and glue it in place.
Then, pinch the center and glue it in place in the middle.
Once it has dried, take a small piece of burlap (about 3 – 4 inches long) and wrap it around the center of the bow and long piece. Glue the small piece in place on the back where it isn't visible.
Use one final piece of burlap ribbon to wrap around the top of the wreath and glue in place. Then, glue the bow to that piece of ribbon.
Your wreath is now ready to hang on your door. If you do not have a wreath hanger, you can find one at Michael's or any craft store.
